UTT Special Report: U.S. Submits to Islam
May 25, 2017
Not understanding the Global Islamic Movement and what drives its actions is the reason America lost the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Since 9/11, military generals, Presidents, National Security Advisors, Members of Congress, and others have been too busy to stop and actually do what the law and their Oath of Office require them to do – know all enemies or do due diligence to know all enemies. You cannot “protect and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic” if you do not do this.
Last weekend, May 21, 2017, the President of the United States participated in a “Summit” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia speaking to the leaders of every muslim nation on earth, except Iran, about how to deal with the growing threat of “terrorism.”
When this event is viewed from the perspective of the Islam, the United States submitted to the objectives of the Global Islamic Movement in this current phase of their efforts.
In order to understand the magnitude of this, the language used in this summit must be understood the way the muslim world understands it through the filter of sharia – which is the only source through which Islamic leaders understand anything.
We know this because Kings and Heads of State of all OIC nations were present at the summit when the King of Saudi Arabia spoke. The OIC – Organisation (sic) of Islamic Cooperation – is the largest international organization in the world second only to the UN, consists of all muslim nations on earth, and is the largest voting block in the UN. The OIC holds Extraordinary Summits every three (3) years at which the Heads of State and Kings of every muslim nation meet and decide strategic directions for the muslim world. In 1990, the OIC Extraordinary Summit approved the “Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam.” It states, in part, life cannot be taken “except for a Shari’ah prescribed reason,” and goes on to say in Article 19, “There shall be no crime or punishment except as provided for a in the Shari’ah.”
Finally, the last two articles of the Cairo Declaration, Articles 24 and 25 state:
“All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shari’ah.” (Article 24)
“The Islamic Shari’ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration.” (Article 25)
The Cairo Declaration was officially served to the UN by the OIC in 1993. This means the entire world was put on notice in 1993 that when leaders of the muslim world use the phrase “Human Rights” they mean “the imposition of sharia law,” and sharia is the only filter through which they understand the language they use when discussing any issues.
In his speech, which preceded President Trump’s comments, Saudi King Salman made many references to “terrorism” and “extremism” and the need to eradicate it from the planet. Specifically, he said the world must “stand united to fight the forces of evil and extremism whatever their sources are in response to the dictates of our Islamic religion…Terrorism is a result of extremism.”
When muslim leaders use words, those words must be understood as they are defined in Islam, not as they are understood in the West. “Terrorism” is defined in Islam as “killing a muslim without right.” Under sharia muslims may be killed if they apostasize from Islam, kill another muslim without right, or if they violate any other law under sharia for which there is a capital crime. Otherwise, to kill a muslim is to be a “terrorist.” “Extremism” in Islam is to exceed ones ability – to move the Islamic Movement ahead too quickly, thus putting the muslim ummah (global muslim community) in danger because this risks losing muslims who do not understand their duties under sharia and exposing Islam’s true intentions to the non-muslim community thus bringing violence upon muslims – terrorism.
Saudi King Salman spoke at the summit yet he sent two messages: one for the muslims and one for the non-muslims. Americans and the rest of the non-muslim world heard the King say he is going to eradicate “terrorists” from the planet and thought he was talking about ISIS and Al Qaeda. The muslim world heard that the United States was providing hundreds of millions of dollars and weapons to support the Islamic world’s effort to destroy anything on the planet that stands in the way of the complete implementation of sharia – a command from Allah in the command and reflected in the words and actions of Islam’s prophet Mohammad.
Therefore, since President Trump has already killed muslims without right under sharia by ordering the U.S. military to launch strikes against Syria and elsewhere, Islam views him as a “terrorist,” and the Saudi King is speaking about the U.S. President and the United States when he says “Terrorism” must be eradicated. The Saudi King was not referring to muslims who bomb an arena in Manchester, England or kill Americans in an Orlando, Florida bar or muslims who fight on battlefields in Iraq or Afghanistan when he uses the word “terrorist.”
Understanding this necessarily completely changes America’s perspective of what took place in Saudi Arabia last weekend. The President of the United States is being given counsel and advice from U.S. officials who appear to lack any understanding of any of this, which will lead America’s to defeat.
Exactly the Islamic world’s objective.

Al Qaeda & ISIS are Correct About Islam
May 30, 2017
When the Caliph of the Islamic caliphate, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, says Islam requires all muslims to participate in jihad until sharia is the law of the land, he is correct.
Al Qaeda’s co-founder and former emir Osama bin Laden said: “It is a duty for the Umma with all its categories, men, women and youths, to give away themselves, their money, experiences and all types of material support…Jihad today is an imperative for every Muslim. The Umma will commit sin if it does not provide adequate material support for jihad.”
Bin Laden was correct with regards to sharia and the requirements of Islam.
All authoritative sharia (Islamic law) mandates jihad (warfare against non-Muslims) until the world is under Islamic rule (sharia). There is no “other version” of Islam.
Al Qaeda, ISIS, the Muslim Brotherhood, and all jihadi organizations go to great lengths to ensure the muslim and non-muslim world understand what they are doing and why. They produce videos and publish magazines to detail their legal reasoning under sharia for their actions.
One simple example from Al Qaeda’s “Inspire” magazine reveals Al Qaeda is very concerned about following the commands of Islam’s god Allah and their prophet Mohammad.
In the Fall 2016 edition Inspire magazine, Al Qaeda’s emir, Sheikh Ayman al Zawahiri, states: “These blessed (9/11/01) raids came to tell to the materialistic, secular West – the West of temptation, pleasure and benefit – to pay attention and wake up and realize who it is fighting, or rather, doing jihad against you. It is the Muslim Ummah, the Umma of Tawhid (oneness of god)…the Ummah of Jihad and martyrdom…the Ummah of chastity and morality…the Ummah of the amazing Qur’an…”
UTT has not found anywhere in Al Qaeda or ISIS’s writings where their understanding of the requirements of sharia as it relates to jihad (warfare) against the West is incorrect. And therein lies the problem.
Leaders of the West respond to attacks in Manchester, Nice, Boston, Philadelphia, Fort Lauderdale and elsewhere by immediately telling us the actions of the muslims involve have “nothing to do with Islam.”
Actually, the attacks by muslims against non-muslims have everything to do with Islam. Allah commands warfare against non-muslims in the Koran. Mohammad – Islam’s “perfect example” for muslims to follow -said he was commanded to fight the unbelievers. Mohammad fought the unbelievers. Mohammad beheaded Jews at the Battle of the Trench. Mohammad tortured. Mohammad condoned the killing of people who mocked him.
No gray area. Not very complicated.
Why the MB is Still Not Designated as Terrorists in the US
May 30, 2017
It is no oversight the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood is not yet designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). In fact, the issue has now been pushed off the table by the Trump administration as the result of a significantly successful information operation perpetrated by the International Muslim Brotherhood continually supported by media outlets.
It should be noted that the Senate bill to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) provides a significant amount of information revealing this designation is a reasonable and necessary action to protect the citizens of the United States and rid this nation of a cancer that continues to grow daily.
Read the MB Designation Bill HERE.
In the February 23, 2017 edition of the Egypt International (www.almasryalyoum.com), the International Muslim Brotherhood’s Foreign Relations Officer, Mohamed Sudan, revealed the IMB coordinated with a number of nations and entities in a massive information operation (“Propaganda campaign”) to keep the new Trump administration from designating the U.S. MB a terrorist organization.
The article states:
“The international Muslim Brotherhood succeeded in making several contacts with government officials and US Congress to convince them that the Brotherhood is not a terrorist organization and will not get involved in the commission of terrorist acts…”
“People close to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton helped the group access media companies and contracting, saying that those companies had a role in the completion of communications between the international Muslim Brotherhood and members of Congress, according to the terms of the contract entered into between the parties.”
In the article, the IMB’s Secretary General, Ibrahim Munir, thanked Turkey and Qatar for their assistance in this project. The article went on to say:
“Brotherhood sources confirmed the group contracted with an American advertising company last month to oppose the bill submitted to Congress which aims to classify the MB as a terrorist organization. The sources added the international organization will pay $5 million for corporate propaganda and the publication of articles stating the group rejects terrorist acts to correct its image in the American media.”
Remembering this article was published in Egypt on February 23, 2017 about events that already took place, what was the outcome of this hostile information campaign?
On January 26, 2017, the Wall Street Journal ran a threatening article entitled “Blacklisting the Muslim Brotherhood Carries Risks.” The article made it clear: if the Muslim Brotherhood is designated a terrorist organization, “it could trigger unexpected consequences.” This article was meant to strike fear into the hearts of Islam’s enemies.
On February 22, 2017, the New York Times published an article entitled “I am a Muslim Brother, not a Terrorist,” written by Gehad El-Haddad, the spokesman for the International Muslim Brotherhood who now sits in an Egyptian prison. This was a propaganda piece that supported the idea the Muslim Brotherhood is not a terrorist organization.
It is not unusual for the New York Times to defend enemies of the United States.
This is the same New York Times, by the way, which identified Imam Hesham Shashaa – operating in Germany – as a moderate. Yet, last week Shashaa was arrested by the Germans for supporting ISIS. Weird. Just like when the New York Times called Anwar al Awlaki a moderate, right before the U.S. drone striked him and killed Awlaki for being the Al Qaeda leader in Yemen, among other things.
What is interesting about Gehad El-Haddad is that while he was the spokesman for the International Muslim Brotherhood, he was also the spokesman for Egyptian Presidential candidate Morsi – the Muslim Brotherhood’s candidate.
Oddly enough, while Gehad El-Heddad was the spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood’s candidate for President of Egypt, he was on the William J. Clinton Foundation where he served from August 2007 to August 2012.
To summarize, the leadership of the International Muslim Brotherhood publicly stated they have an operation underway to influence the U.S. government, the media, and the American public not to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. The MB reports Hillary Clinton provided support for this operation, and a key node in the operation is the spokesman for the IMB who also spent five (5) years working with the Clinton Foundation.
And, at the end of the day, the Trump administration has taken this issue off the table, thereby surrendering to our enemy and giving them a significant victory.
This is why UTT continues to say, this war must and will be won at the local level.
