Bill O’Reilly in a New Podcast: ‘The Truth Will Come Out’
April 24, 2017 by Zachary Leeman
The ousted Fox News Channel host answers his critics — and talks about the business in his usual blunt fashion.
Bill O’Reilly may have gotten knocked down — but it didn’t take very long for him to get back up. Fox News dumped the number-one television host last week in the wake of a New York Times story revealing that at least five women had been paid settlements in exchange for not pursuing sexual harassment charges against him.
Yet the former host of the very successful “The O’Reilly Factor” announced soon after the news broke of his departure from Fox that he would be back with a new episode of his podcast on Monday, April 24, entitled, “No Spin News.” It debuted the same night Fox News replaced his show at 8 p.m. ET with “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
On the podcast, O’Reilly focused mostly on trending news — rather than the headlines about his own case. He did, however, give fans a brief look into his professional future and remained adamant he was not guilty of what he has been accused of by others.
“Hey, I missed you guys,” O’Reilly said when opening the 19-minute episode to fans, which is available for free through his official website, while future episodes will be available through a “premium membership.” “So what we’re going to do here is about 15 minutes, 12 minutes of the headlines. This is an extended ‘Talking Points Memo’ that will cover the world each day. And then as we develop the website, we’ll have guests and things like that, and this will become longer and longer and longer, into a genuine news program. That’s the vision right now.”
“I am sad that I’m not on television anymore.”
In regard to the sexual harassment allegations and his departure from Fox, the 67-year-old O’Reilly said, “I am sad that I’m not on television anymore. I was very surprised how it all turned out. I can’t say a lot, because there’s much stuff going on right now.”
He continued, “But I can tell you that I’m very confident the truth will come out, and when it does, I don’t know if you’re going to be surprised — but I think you’re going to be shaken, as I am. There’s a lot of stuff involved here. Now, I can’t say anymore because I just don’t want to influence the flow of the information. I don’t want the media to take what I say and misconstrue it. However, you, as a loyal O’Reilly listener, have a right to know, I think, down the lane what exactly happened. And we are working in that direction, OK?”
The new podcast episode seems to partly address the mystery of what O’Reilly will do next in the world of news commentary. He is focusing on the independent route as of now, although it is still too early to tell whether he is considering other options, like television, movie, radio, or other deals.
The rest of the “No Spin News” episode on Monday night brought fans the blunt persona they had tuned into on television for so long. O’Reilly tackled everything from Trump’s approval ratings to the French presidential elections.
About Trump’s recent poll numbers, O’Reilly said, in part, “There are a couple of polls about President Trump today. One is [from] the Washington Post, and they basically have Trump’s approval rating around 40 percent, 42 percent. His disapproval rating [is] in the low 50s. All of the polls say the same thing. Well, this is unprecedented. No president in his first 100 days polled this low. But then they deceive, as the mainstream media does, on a daily basis.”
He continued, “No president has ever entered office with as much negative publicity and hatred directed toward him as Donald Trump. In the history of our republic, no president has come under that kind of withering criticism, particularly by the press that wanted Hillary Clinton to win.”
O’Reilly ended his program by answering thoughts from fans posted to the message board of his website.
“It was definitely ‘Old School’ to wish Fox News the best,” wrote one fan named John, referring to O’Reilly’s latest best-selling book.
“We’ll get better, and we’ll get pithier, and we’ll have a lot of fun going forward.”
O’Reilly responded with, “Look, I was there for 20 years and six months. We made history, put cable news on the map and were successful all that time. No ebb and flow, just straight-up graph. You know, that vehicle was fabulous for me and I said in the beginning that I’m sad, but why wouldn’t I wish them the best? They were there, we performed well for them, and that’s the fact.”
O’Reilly also responded to a fan who called for term limits in government, which O’Reilly said he was in agreement with.
For those who may have thought (or hoped) that the recent controversies for O’Reilly would have stopped him in his tracks, the television host disappointed. He’s put his voice right back into the mix — and “No Spin News” will continue with daily episodes that will launch at 7 p.m. eastern.
Said O’Reilly in closing his show Monday night, “This is all new, and we’ll get better, and we’ll get pithier, and we’ll have a lot of fun going forward.”
Ouster is about destroying white, Christian male of power
THE LYNCHING OF BILL O’REILLY
April 24, 2017 By Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson
Man-hating feminists are gloating after overthrowing one of America’s most honest and powerful journalists, Bill O’Reilly.
But O’Reilly’s departure from Fox News had little to do with sexual harassment. The firing of O’Reilly is about silencing a straight, white, powerful, Christian man who had the backbone and decency to treat Donald Trump fairly.
The drama came to a head when the New York Times ran a story revealing that Fox News and its parent company, 21st Century Fox, had reached settlements with five women who had complained of sexual harassment by O’Reilly. The agreements reportedly totalled about $13 million. O’Reilly has denied the allegations.
Media Matters, Color of Change and other left-wing groups pressured some 50 advertisers to abandon O’Reilly’s show. And groups like the National Organization for Women called for his firing.
I don’t know about past allegations, but even Stevie Wonder can see that the latest allegations against Bill are false. Feminist attorney Lisa Bloom is representing both of O’Reilly’s latest accusers, Perquita Burgess and Wendy Walsh.
Lisa Bloom is the daughter of attorney Gloria Allred, a Hillary Clinton supporter who falsely accused Trump of sexually harassing women in a desperate attempt to derail his campaign.
During an appearance on ABC’s “The View,” with her black client, Perquita Burgess, Bloom admitted this was a targeted effort to “bring down” Bill O’Reilly: “This is what women can do if we stick together and if we have a plan.”
Burgess, a temp clerical worker at Fox News, anonymously claimed through her attorney that O’Reilly harassed her in 2008 by “grunting” at her. But Bloom convinced her to go public last week, telling her that Rosa Parks wouldn’t hesitate.
According to the Washington Post, Bloom needed to keep the buzz going and persuaded Wendy Walsh, a Los Angeles radio personality who had been a frequent guest on O’Reilly’s show, to hold a news conference on April 3. There were two goals, Bloom said: Keep the story alive, and draw out more accusers.
Walsh claimed that Bill invited her to his suite after a meeting in 2013. She said she turned him down, and they went to the bar instead where O’Reilly yelled at her. Yet Walsh continued appearing on O’Reilly’s show and never reported the incident.
Even if O’Reilly was guilty of these allegations – I don’t believe he is – does the punishment fit the crime? Does it warrant him being fired and having his reputation and career destroyed? No.
For 20 years on Fox News, O’Reilly exposed corruption at the highest levels of government, media and academia. He lobbied for the rights of children and championed Jessica’s law – which mandates a minimum sentence of 25 years and a maximum of life in prison for first-time child sex offenders. He unmasked illegal-alien criminals and the sanctuary cities that harbor them.
The left won’t stop until it dismantles Fox News, the most powerful and effective impediment to its power. Media Matters, Color of Change and MoveOn.org – all left-wing attack machines funded by America haters like George Soros – put pressure on Glenn Beck’s advertisers and orchestrated his exit from Fox News in 2011.
The same leftist groups have tried to get Rush Limbaugh off the air with false allegations of misogyny, but they failed because Rush fought back.
The left is notorious for targeting conservatives for boycotts. Outspoken conservative Ann Coulter is at war with Berkeley over her right to speak on campus. If Coulter is not allowed to speak on campus April 27, the College Republicans (event organizers) are threatening a lawsuit accusing the university of violating the students’ constitutional rights to free speech. Right on! I interviewed Ann on my show (TheFallenState.tv), and the episode airs April 26 at 9 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Pacific.
The same people who wanted O’Reilly fired supported Bill Clinton and his enabler wife – Hillary Clinton. One is liberal Kirsten Powers, who worked as a political analyst for Fox News and was a frequent guest on “The O’Reilly Factor.” Now she’s with CNN bashing O’Reilly. Powers is the ex-girlfriend of Anthony Weiner and a supporter of the Clintons.
We all know Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. He has a scandalous past and a history of abusing women.
Evil wants to divide men and women. So-called “conservative” women who go on CNN and other liberal networks to bash Fox News are being used as pawns. These women should be ashamed for turning on O’Reilly after he helped them launch their careers.
Liberals are only outraged over “sexual harassment” when it advances their godless agenda. They support abortion on demand and false racism, and they seek to remove God from the public square and destroy conservatives.
People on the side of good need to understand the game and have a strategy to win. If the children of the lie can get rid of O’Reilly, they can destroy anyone. O’Reilly is starting a podcast Monday – this is the first step to fighting back. I, for one, will be tuning in.
Sean Hannity: I won’t be silenced by alt-left’s vicious slander
April 24, 2017 by Sean Hannity
There is a well-orchestrated effort by the intolerant left in this country that is designed to silence every conservative voice and by any means necessary. I know, because now they are coming after me.
I’ve worked for radio for 30 years and I’ve been at the Fox News Channel for 21 of those. I’ve endured countless attempts to smear, slander and besmirch me. Every second I am on the air, there are people out there recording and monitoring every word I utter in the hope that I say something they can twist, distort and use against me. They want to destroy my reputation and silence my conservative voice.
These tactics, right out of Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” playbook, have gotten worse in the age of President Trump. It’s no secret that I support the president. And a lot of folks know I have a pretty thick skin. But now it has gone too far.
I can no longer remain silent and allow the alt-radical left’s slander against me slide. From this point on, if any person, group, organization or media outlet lies about me or besmirches my character, I’m going to call them out. And I have hired a team of some of the nation’s best attorneys to help me do it.
I reached my breaking point over the weekend, when an individual who, for over a decade has made the most outrageous allegations against me, resurfaced on a radio show with ridiculous and completely untrue claims. The person is suddenly recanting, after I responded aggressively to the baseless and false smears.
It is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this individual’s lies about me. Back in 2010, I was raising money for the Freedom Alliance, a charity that offers college scholarships to the children of fallen or injured veterans and their families. In a blog post, the individual falsely accused me and members of the charity of skimming and stealing donations. Each and every single allegation was proven to be untrue and inaccurate at the time, yet I was never given an apology. No correction was issued.
Now this person has made yet another slanderous accusation. And in response, I released this statement:
“Let me be clear: The comments about me on a radio show this week by this individual are 100 percent false and a complete fabrication. This individual is a serial harasser who has been lying about me for well over a decade. The individual has a history of making provably false statements against me in an effort to slander, smear, besmirch my reputation. The individual has not just slandered me over the years but also many people who this individual disagrees with. This individual desperately seeks attention by any means necessary, including making unfounded personal attacks and using indefensible and outrageous political rhetoric. My patience with this individual is over. I have retained a team of some of the finest and toughest lawyers in the country who are now in the process of laying out the legal course of action we will be taking against this individual. Now, in this fiercely divided and vindictive political climate, I will no longer allow slander and lies about me to go unchallenged, as I see this now to be a coordinated effort afoot to now silence those with conservative views. I will fight every single lie about me by any and all legal means available to me as an American.”
This is not about Sean Hannity, or any one person. There is now a coordinated attempt to silence the voice of every outspoken conservative in this country. If we don’t stop it right now, there won’t be any conservative voices left on radio or television.
I’m not the only one whom these liberal fascists routinely target. Like me, conservatives are monitored on radio and TV. Liberal fascism is alive and well in America today, and its goal is simple: To shut up, shut down and completely silence all conservative voices by any means necessary.
Here’s the difference between us: Unlike the left, I don’t have any problem with what the other side says. If you want to listen to liberals on radio or TV, read their articles, follow them on social media, go for it. I will answer their free speech with my own. I’ll call them out for their bias. I’ll explain why they’re wrong. I’ll debate them. But I’ll never, ever say they should be silenced. And I won’t support boycotts to attack their advertisers, a roundabout way of silencing them.
Everyone who has publicly supported President Trump is a target. They have gone after and attacked the first lady, President Trump’s daughter and his 10-year-old son. Their goal is to cause as much collateral damage as they can to anybody that supports the president.
If we don’t take a stand now, America as we know it — freedom of speech as we know it — is over. I believe it is worth fighting for, and if the alt-radical left wants to lie about me, it is in for the fight of its life.

Women Who Accused Bill Clinton of Sexual Assault Call Out “Hypocritical” Media Over Bill O’Reilly Coverage
The women who have accused former President Bill Clinton are angry at the media in their coverage of the dismissal of Bill O’Reilly from Fox News over sexual harassment charges. They believe the media is being hypocritical and applying a double standard.
In an exclusive interview with Aaron Klein of Breitbart News, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, and Paula Jones unleashed their fury against the media for dismissing their claims of sexual assault by a former governor and president.
“I have no idea whether the accusations against Bill O’Reilly are true or not but I would like to ask, ‘Where in the world were all these people when Bill Clinton’s victims came forward with more serious accusations?'” Broaddrick said. “‘Why is Bill Clinton given a pass over the other Bills?’ I would truly like to know because I will never understand it.”
Broaddrick claims that Bill Clinton raped her twice in a hotel room in 1978 and that Hillary Clinton was involved in covering it up. Since that time, one witness has come forward to substantiate her claim.
Kathleen Willey, who alleged that Clinton sexually assaulted her during his first term as president, told Klein, “Though I should not be surprised, I am still astounded by the hypocrisy of the members of the Democratic Party and media. While the revelations of the many scandals of Bill Clinton’s administration are stunning to this day, the left continues to ignore his many, many crimes such as rape, sexual harassment, and lying under oath. They have swept his transgressions and crimes under the rug for many years, only to refer to him as a ‘randy boy.’ There’s nothing ‘randy’ about him. He is a predator and a pervert.”
“The charges against Bill O’Reilly are serious, but where has he been heard regarding these accusations?” Willey added. “He has been judged, tried, and convicted by the Murdoch team. We will never know if these accusations are true or false. The least the powers that be at Fox could have done was to give him a forum on which to respond and say good-bye to his many fans. He helped build Fox News from the ground up. In the meantime, the MSM and the liberals continue to overlook Bill and Hillary’s ongoing lies and cover-ups.”
Paula Jones, who claims that Clinton sexually harassed her, told Klein, “I’m disgusted once again about how hypocritical the liberal media can be. Those insane women on The View have the nerve to actually show their feelings on this issue and not see the same resemblance only worse about their man, Bill Clinton! I can’t say that any of this is true with Bill O’Reilly and none of them can say it either!”
“I’ve not heard that Bill O’Reilly ever raped a lady or showed his tiny peeper to a lady either, like Bill Clinton has,” she added. “Yet they want to crucify Bill O’Reilly, and think that Bill Clinton has actually paid the consequences. Clinton was only impeached and kept his job… He was rallied around by the whole media and liberal Hollywood! Bill O’Reilly has been fired from his job and is being railroaded for much less than what Bill Clinton has ever done!”
“The liberals take these women who make these claims seriously, yet they called me a bimbo, trailer park trash, and the list goes on and on?” she continued. “Bill Clinton was getting his tiny wiener sucked under the Oval Office desk, where was the outrage to that? As long as it’s a liberal, unethical, baby killer who does all this then it’s perfectly okay, but if it’s a conservative against their evil issues then they crucify them until they are gone. Pathetic!”
While many in the media didn’t take the women serious with their allegations against Clinton, but instead, joined in attacking them, in several instances they had to change their tune.
For instance. NBC’s Andrea Mitchell’s report in which she called Juanita Broaddrick’s claims “discredited” had to receive a retraction after Broaddrick’s attorney wrote a letter demanding it.
What’s most interesting is that when the story broke, it was on NBC’s Dateline and according to Lisa Myers of NBC, who conducted the interview with Broaddrick, “Nothing has come up since that story was reported that in any way undercuts what Juanita Broaddrick said.”
The View also apologized for referring to those who accused Clinton of sexual assault as “tramps.”
There are many other reports of the media’s double standard when it comes to covering for one of their own.
The women are not necessarily saying that allegations against Bill O’Reilly are true or that he should be defended. Claims against Bill O’Reilly have been circulating for years now. However, there is clearly a double standard going on, and there should be some justice brought to bear in the case of Slick Willy and the claims of sexual assault.
