From the ‘Believe it or Not Department’ of the cunning Obama administration: America’s National Security Agency (NSA) retrieves and stockpiles millions of incoming and outgoing emails of government agencies and from the public at large—but not any coming in or going out from Hillary Clinton’s private home email accounts!

How’s that for exclusionary covert operations by Tokyo Rose Clinton during her 4-year gig as Barack Obama’s Secretary of State—most tellingly including during the Benghazi scandal?

During the Benghazi scandal, for which the Obama administration has yet to come clean, Clinton was the only one in the whole of America with guaranteed privacy from NSA. Make that the only one off the NSA radar as far as anyone knows.

If the NSA has any of Clinton’s emails, it’s time to cough them up.

It now seems that the White House learned that Clinton was flying solo conducting official business as Secretary of State using her personal email from home only in August.

When did President Barack Obama know?

Well, according to him, he only got the drift this week and only by reading about Clinton’s convenient home email accounts via “news” accounts.

“The White House learned in August that House Republicans knew Hillary Clinton had been using her personal email to conduct official business as Secretary of State, Politico reported Friday.” (The Hill, March 6, 2015)

“It was then that officials at the State Department first noticed the personal email appeared in a document being provided to Republicans as part of their investigation of the Benghazi attacks, according to the report.”

Benghazi, as countless patriots predicted, came back to bite the administration on whose watch it happened.

How is it possible that NSA agents who spy on everyone, missed Obama’s Secretary of State?

Spiegel has reported that the NSA spied on 122 world leaders and kept 300 files on German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Covert until whistleblower Edward Snowden exposed them, the NSA could easily fit the ‘Spies Are Us’ moniker.

Their epic invasion of citizen privacy is so well known, many now jokingly type in the words “Hi NSA!” when forwarding emails to friends and contacts over the Internet.

“Administration officials reportedly deferred to Clinton’s personal staff, who decided not to tackle the issue publicly until it was made public this week by The New York Times. According to the Politico report, White House and Clinton aides knew that the story could cause trouble for the former secretary of State as she tries to launch a presidential campaign. (The Hill)

Now that the gig is up, Clinton said this week that she had asked the State Department to release the emails. The department has said they are reviewing them as they prepare to make them available to the public.

Yeah, sure.

“The Associated Press previously reported that the White House Counsel’s office was unaware of Clinton’s emails until it came up as part of the congressional investigation.

Gawker editor John Cook said on Thursday that he had mentioned the personal email address — hdr22@clintonemail.com — in an email to now White House press secretary Josh Earnest in 2013. However, he was asking about Clinton’s communications with an adviser who did not work in an official capacity at the State Department.

“Earnest has been besieged by questions all week about the emails and has tried to keep the controversy at an arm’s length from the White House.

“He has repeatedly declined to say whether the White House believes Clinton broke ethics rules by using the email account and not immediately handing the emails over to the State Department.

“The administration’s policy is that agency employees should use their government email accounts whenever possible because they are easier to archive for public records requests.”

Amid all the lies and alibis, Lt. Col. Allen West, who once famously warned CAIR. “Don’t try to blow sunshine up my butt” researched the laws on the books for how agency employees should use their government email accounts:

18 U.S. Code § 2071 – Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
Current through Pub. L. 113-296, except 113-287, 113-291, 113-295. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

“(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

“Now there are more daggers coming out to connect the dots. As reported by Examiner.com, “The media feeding frenzy over the alleged unlawful use by Hillary Clinton of a non-government email system is having an impact on other allegations against the potential Democrat party presidential candidate.”

“This week Tuesday, a former Department of Justice prosecuting attorney said that he believes then Secretary of State — probably using her unofficial and illegal email system — was complicit in the leaking of classified intelligence regarding military operation plans formulated by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons program.”

“As well, “In a Washington Post front page news story on March 2, 2015, reporter Anne Gearan intimated that the likely reason for the release of Israel’s plans to a New York Times reporter was intended to hurt the Israeli’s war plans, since President Barack Obama and his staff — including his top advisor Valerie Jarrett, herself born in Iran — believed Israel was willing and had the technical and strategic expertise to launch a preemptive sneak attack on Iran in order to eliminate their nuclear threat.”

“Ms. Gearan wrote: “Hillary Rodham Clinton used a private e-mail account for her official government business when she was secretary of state and did not routinely preserve and turn over those e-mails for government records collection, the State Department said Monday.” She also wrote: “It was not clear why Clinton, a potential 2016 presidential candidate, created the private account. But the practice appears to bolster long-standing criticism that Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, have not been transparent.”

“As of Thursday the Associated Press and Judicial Watch announced they’re considering bringing lawsuits against Hillary Clinton. And late last night Clinton decided to release a tweet that only exacerbated the issue, seemingly conveying her disdain for the intellect of the American people. Her message was that she has consented to the State Department release of her emails — well, these are the emails Clinton has already provided to the State Department, since they have no access to her personal account. It appears that this U.S. Code addresses “willful and unlawful concealment” of records.

“Here is a hypothetical question. What if the FBI conducts a raid of the Clinton home in Chappaqua, NY and finds that the known servers are gone — or are there but have been swiped? Ok, just work with me on this one, because we all know Eric Holder will do nothing — which leads me to this statement: Loretta Lynch’s nomination should be held until this situation is resolved.

“There is no question that illegal activity has been conducted. The only question is what will be done, and c’mon, y’all gonna try and make me believe that the president of the United States didn’t know his own Secretary of State was using a private personal email to do the diplomatic business of the United States?

“The Examiner writes, “According to documents obtained by Larry Klayman at Freedom Watch, as a result of his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Secretary Clinton and her closest staff members were the likely sources of the leaks to New York Times reporter David Sanger. Klayman also said the FOIA documents show that those leaks were coordinated with the Obama White House’s national security team, which included Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett.”

“Now, we can play the game of trying to dismiss this as some “vast right-wing conspiracy” but this goes far beyond that. At some point we must acknowledge that no one is above the rule of law in our Republic. We’ve already allowed one person to believe he’s in that lofty position — shall we allow another? The precedent that will be established if we allow this abhorrent behavior to permeate will be detrimental to the future of this nation. And please, don’t give me the moral equivalency and try to blame Bush. This use of private email went on for four years — knowingly.

“I guess it could all be explained somehow, but the private server in a personal residence — well, seems U.S. code precludes that from being acceptable.”

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton’s got lots of mail. Mail she shouldn’t have.

Report: Voters May View Hillary as Hypocrite on Women’s Rights Because Clinton Foundation Took Millions from Repressive Regimes
Hillary War On Women
9 Mar 201578

Even the New York Times suggests that the Clinton Foundation’s acceptance of “millions of dollars in donations from Middle Eastern countries known for violence against women and for denying them many basic freedoms” makes Hillary Clinton a hypocrite on women’s rights issues.

Clinton will headline two prominent events focused on women’s rights this week. One will commemorate her 1995 women’s rights speech in China and the other will reveal her foundation’s “No Ceilings” report, which is a progress report on women’s rights since that 1995 address. Unlike her last run for the presidency, Clinton is planning to go all-in on gender issues in her likely 2016 campaign.

But her foundation’s acceptance of millions from Middle Eastern regimes with dismal women’s rights records may complicate Clinton’s efforts to cast herself as a champion for women’s rights. Even the Times declared that “even her most strident critics could not have predicted that Mrs. Clinton would prove vulnerable” on women’s rights issues.

As the Times noted, “the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation has accepted tens of millions of dollars in donations from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Algeria and Brunei — all of which the State Department has faulted over their records on sex discrimination and other human-rights issues.”

For instance, in 2011, Hillary Clinton, while Secretary of State, blasted Saudi Arabia for “a lack of equal rights for women and children” after her State Department issued a critical report. The Clinton Foundation, though, according to the Times report, has accepted at least $10 million from the nation since 2001. In addition, “at least $1 million more was donated by Friends of Saudi Arabia, co-founded by a Saudi prince.”

At the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), potential GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina noted that Clinton “tweets about women’s rights in this country and takes money from governments that deny women the most basic human rights.”

Over the weekend, Bill Clinton defended the donations to the Clinton Foundation from Middle Eastern regimes.

“Do we agree with everything they do? No. But they’re helping us fight ISIS,” Bill Clinton reportedly said. “You’ve got to decide when you do this work whether it will do more good than harm if someone helps you from another country.”

Hillary Supporters: Criticism Over Email Scandal is “Sexist”
Controversy driven by “Republican fear of having a vagina in control of the White House”
March 9, 2015 by Paul Joseph Watson

Hillary Clinton supporters are reacting to the controversy over the former Secretary of State’s email scandal by claiming that criticism of Hillary is “sexist”.

As the fiasco deepens after revelations that there are huge gaps in email records from when the former First Lady was involved in policy concerning the military operation in Libya, Hillary’s backers are on the defensive.

While many conservatives cite the scandal as an illustration of how Hillary is inherently untrustworthy, her likely voters insist that the outrage is merely a prejudiced response to the fact that she is a woman.

A post over on far left blog the Daily Kos asserts that questions over Hillary keeping her emails on a private server are really about, “Republican fear of having a vagina in control of the White House.”

The blog labels Hillary an, “intelligent, philanthropic, loud and proud feminist that scares middle-aged white men”.

Hillary supporters are all over Twitter regurgitating the same rhetoric and characterizing criticism of Hillary as “sexist”.

This is just a taste of what we can expect over the next 18 months as Hillary prepares to attach her campaign to the feminist cart horse.

Just as some leftists attempted to shut down dissent against President Obama by labeling all criticism “racist,” Hillary’s supporters won’t be shy in playing the gender card over and over again.

The Clinton Foundation launched a new video campaign yesterday in which high profile stars bemoan the “wage gap” in the United States which sees women paid just 77 cents on the dollar compared to men.

In reality, the “wage gap” is a completely debunked myth. As Christina Hoff Sommers documents, “No matter how many times this wage gap claim is decisively refuted by economists, it always comes back. The bottom line: the 23-cent gender pay gap is simply the difference between the average earnings of all men and women working full-time. It does not account for differences in occupations, positions, education, job tenure or hours worked per week. When such relevant factors are considered, the wage gap narrows to the point of vanishing.”

However, there is a real “wage gap” within Clinton’s own foundation, which pays her female staff just 63 cents for every dollar that male employees make.

“A required 2013 IRS tax document that lists the organization’s senior executives (rather than all employees) revealed the apparent male-dominated 37 percent salary disparity,” reports the the Inqusitr.

Hillary’s alliance with third wave feminism makes for a perfect combination given that the political foundation of both is based on contrived victimhood and rampant hypocrisy, but that won’t stop her supporters crying “sexism” at every available opportunity.

Clinton Foundation Pushes “Wage Gap” Myth While Paying Female Execs 37% Less Than Men
Rampant feminist hypocrisy which drives Hillary campaign in the spotlight again
March 9, 2015 by Paul Joseph Watson

While the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation is promoting the myth of the “wage gap” in the United States, the Clinton’s own foundation pays its senior male executives 37 per cent more than their female counterparts.

In a video promo for its ‘No Ceilings’ initiative, which was heavily promoted by YouTube and has since received well over 300,000 views, the Clinton Foundation enlists actress Cameron Diaz to claim, “In the U.S., women make just 78 cents to every man’s dollar.”

This is a completely fraudulent and debunked assertion.

As Christina Hoff Sommers documents, the “wage gap” constantly invoked by feminists, just like the campus rape myth, is completely contrived and falls apart when one drills down into the real statistics.

“No matter how many times this wage gap claim is decisively refuted by economists, it always comes back,” writes Sommers. “The bottom line: the 23-cent gender pay gap is simply the difference between the average earnings of all men and women working full-time. It does not account for differences in occupations, positions, education, job tenure or hours worked per week. When such relevant factors are considered, the wage gap narrows to the point of vanishing.”

However, we can be certain that an even greater “wage gap” exists within the Clinton Foundation itself, where female staff earn just 63 cents for every dollar that male employees make, according to IRS tax filings reviewed by the Weekly Standard.

“A required 2013 IRS tax document that lists the organization’s senior executives (rather than all employees) revealed the apparent male-dominated 37 percent salary disparity,” reports the the Inqusitr.

It was also previously reported that Clinton’s female staffers in her U.S. Senate office were paid 28 per cent less than their male equivalents.

While decrying a supposed nationwide “wage gap” that doesn’t really exist, Hillary is actively overseeing a real wage gap within her own foundation.

This double standard underscores the hypocrisy that runs rampant through Hillary Clinton’s campaign, which she will continue to hitch to the cart of third wave feminism as we move closer to 2016. The alliance makes perfect sense given that both vehemently reinforce the debunked myth of the national wage gap.
